We operate a rigorous quality control system which is USDA inspected and HACCP & SQF certified to assure you receive the safest, highest quality products. Our fleet of 50 company-owned and maintained, custom-built refrigerated trucks help to support that commitment. In addition to specializing in center-of-the-plate products, Metropolitan features a wide variety of specialty and imported items. From all-natural and organic meats to American artisan cheeses and hand-made hors d’oeuvres, we have the products to satisfy every demand. Metropolitan’s 24-hour a day ordering procedure eliminates the worry of a cut-off time. Our staff of courteous sales associates are ready to answer your questions and help with your order Monday through Friday from 6:00 am until 5:00 pm. During our regular business hours, you will never be sent to voice mail. You’re important to us and we want to talk to you personally.
